Do the products I receive match my order?

Of course, we will check the item against the order before shipping, and in addition to that, we will check that the product is functioning properly and that the accessories are available.

Where can I see the delivery status of my order?

You can open the logistics inquiry interface by clicking on the menu "Order Status" at the bottom of the website, and enter the logistics number of your order to inquire.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Of course, because we have our own manufacturing facility, restocking can usually be accomplished in a maximum of three business days.

Why are some of your items more expensive than other online stores?

First of all, the quality of our products is absolutely guaranteed, and we are equipped with batteries with real capacity, which are very durable with at least 3,000 cycles of charging.

Secondly, we are equipped with a high-quality dual-slot charger, which needs to be purchased separately in other online stores.

So in the moment our prices are slightly more expensive, but in the long run the cost of using our products is minimized and the hassle of buying parts again is avoided.

How long does it take to receive my package after I place an order?

When you place an order, we will ship it out the next day. Except for unavoidable factors, under normal circumstances, you will receive the package within 7~12 working days.
