Overview

There are two types of refunds available: “Full Refund” and “Partial Refund“. If you qualify for a “Full refund“, we will refund you unconditionally. If you are eligible for a “Partial refund“, please contact us to negotiate an appropriate refund amount.

  Full refund conditions:

  • From the next day after the order is placed, 10 working days after the merchant has not yet been shipped.
  • When you receive the package, the goods are damaged and can not be used normally.
  •  The appearance of the goods received, the model and the order does not match the goods, and does not belong to the same type of goods.

  Partial refund conditions:

  • The goods in the transportation process occurred in the appearance of damage, but can be used normally.
  • The appearance of the goods received, the model and the order does not match the goods, but belongs to the same type of goods.
  • Due to logistics reasons, from the next day after the order is placed, 20 working days after the parcel is still not delivered.

  • How to get a refund

Within 5 business days of receiving your item, please contact our online customer service by clicking on the yellow icon in the lower right hand corner of the page, or send us an e-mail. You will need to describe the specific problem with the item and provide a photo of the problem with the item.

If we confirm that you qualify for a “full refund”, we will send you an email informing you that we have approved the refund. 

If we confirm that you qualify for a “partial refund”, we will also email you to discuss the appropriate refund amount until we reach a mutual agreement.

After that, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Inadmissible Refunds

We may refuse your request for a refund in the following circumstances, for example:
 
  • You do not qualify for a “full refund” or “partial refund”.
  • If you are eligible for a “full refund” or “partial refund” but do not contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • Damaged goods caused by human factors.
